Other Typical Meeting Activities

Dinner:  the refreshments committee serves a delicious dinner at every meeting at 6:30 pm.

Expectant and New Moms meet for questions and answers with Moms who have "been there" and an occasional speaker.  Moms of toddlers can meet for

Toddler Talk where the topic of conversation is kids from 1 - 3 years of age.  Any Mom can visit these groups or meet in the main area during Social Hour to catch up with old friends and make some new ones!   

Community Outreach:  collects items to meet the needs of those less fortunate in the community.  Baby items (food, formula, diapers) and children's items (small toys, undergarments, socks) are always welcome.  We also have collections designed to help our own members in need of help.

Vendor showcase:  Club members and friends of NDMOTC are available at each meeting to showcase their great products and services.  For information on becoming a featured vendor or to sign up to be a vendor for an upcoming meeting, contact programs@ndmotc.org.

Post Meeting Gathering:  After the meeting, join fellow members for eats and drinks at an establishment to be announced during the meeting.  Be sure to invite those around you to join you for the fun!

October 2010:  Dr. Nick Chamberlain from Chamberlain Studios of Self-Defense was on hand to teach us some self defense techniques.

September 2010:  Tina Lusk spoke on "Pillow Talk", Communication between men and women.

August 2010:  Installation Dinner celebrated incoming and outgoing board members
