Membership |
To be eligible for membership, you must be a parent or
legal guardian of multiples. Expectant mothers of multiples are welcome
at all club activities and are encouraged to join the Stork Club. Stork
Club members receive club information, a resource sheet and information
about free and discounted baby items. Plus, we pamper our Stork Club
members with a meal once their babies are born. If interested, Stork
Members can also participate in our Twin Sister program to have someone
specific to talk to that has "been there". Stork Club members may join
the general membership when their multiples are born.
Annual dues of $30.00 include membership in the North Dallas club, as
well as the Texas Mothers of Multiples (state organization) and the
National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs, Inc. Membership
initiated after February 1 will be charged at a rate of $21. Stork Club dues
are $10.00, which is applied to the annual club membership when your babies
are born.
As part of your membership, you will receive the
club's monthly
newsletter, Double Dispatch, and the Notebook, the
official bimonthly publication of the national organization (NOMOTC).

To become a club member (full or
stork), you must pay dues AND submit a completed membership
form. Blank forms are available below.
Once completed, they can be emailed to
membership@ndmotc.org.
Forms can also be mailed to the membership chairman (contact
information listed on the form) or delivered to a monthly
meeting. Payment can be made via the paypal links to
the right or can be mailed or hand delivered with your
completed membership form.
