The North Dallas Mothers of Twins Club
(NDMOTC) is excited to announce our annual auction fundraiser. We will hold an online auction April 20-30,
2012 through the website BiddingforGood.com,
an on-demand online auction platform that has helped raise millions for
thousands of non-profits. Our live auction will be held at our May 3
meeting. We invite you to participate in
this fundraiser that will benefit our 501(c)3 non-profit organization and the
Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC).
Families with multiples have unique and
challenging needs. Our goal at NDMOTC is to offer a variety of support services
for mothers of multiples and their families.
We also extend support to the outside community by donating scholarship
funds to families with multiples and working in conjunction with Child
Protective Services and area charities such as Captain Hope’s Kids who shelter
homeless children in Dallas.
This year we are donating a portion of our
auction’s proceeds to TSRHC. TSRHC
treats children with orthopedic conditions, certain related neurological
disorders and learning disorders at no charge to families. For more info on this organization, please

You can support these 2 wonderful charities in several different ways:
1.
Donate
goods or services for the auction.
We appreciate any donation (certificate, merchandise and direct
cash/check donation). The donor contract
form is included on the following page for your convenience. Please keep the lower portion as a receipt
for your tax-deductible donation. Our
tax id can be found on this receipt.
2. Become an auction sponsor by making a tax-deductible cash/check donation of $200-$400. Take advantage of our sponsorship opportunities and get recognition not only at the auction, but on our website, at our semi-annual consignment sales, and at our meetings throughout the year. Sponsorship levels are listed on the following page.
3. Bid! Visit our auction website BiddingforGood.com/NDMOTC beginning April 20, 2012 to participate in our auction.
This is a great opportunity for your business to gain exposure and publicity while lending a helping hand! With over 300 members, NDMOTC draws mothers from about 40 cities across the North Texas area. Our auction is an efficient way to reach an audience of parents motivated to learn more about your business. The Texas Scottish Rite Hospital will also advertise the auction to their followers, which substantially increases the exposure your business will receive.
Please complete our donation contract and mail it along with your donation to the address below. In return for your generosity, we will recognize your organization at the auction and include your business name on our website. If you have advertising materials or a company logo, please include them with your donation. We can also make arrangements to pick up your donation at your convenience, if needed.
